This time, neophyte president Obama can't make excuse. It is what it is, a very distinct bow. The head of state of the United States of America clearly bowing before a foreign head of state. Perhaps Obama is so giddy with thinking 'oh jeez, I'm President, how do I capitulate to other heads of state?'...'did I bow low enough to this one? should I prostrate myself for the Chinese?'
